Fantastic family villa with great views, quality furniture, finishing and top range kitchen appliances. This villa has easy accessibility and is set in a very quiet area where you can completely relax to the max. For your comfort, the house is fully air-conditioned; upstairs are two bedrooms and both have separate air-condition and downstairs bedroom shares one control with the living room. From the front door of the private villa, you will walk into a bright and spacious living room with its high ceilings, beautiful lighting, and a comfortable and tastefully presented corner lounge – ideal to hang out and watch television as a family (in this property there is 4G WIFI and television with German/Russian/British/Danish and Swedish channels). You’ll also find a DVD and CD player for your use. Just outside the lounge there is a fantastic relaxing area with both shade or, if you prefer, in the sun. To the right you have your private outside dining area for six people with its amazing views of Gibraltar and even to Africa! Surrounding the villa there is a beautiful, well maintained garden, which is totally closed-in by walls – this makes it secure and welcoming for dog owners (Dogs are permitted to holiday in this property! - But please do ask before). There is also a fantastic size pool (more or less 11x5M) with roman steps and sun loungers for everyone to relax on all day. From a second entrance, there is a conservatory whose doors can be completely opened – this makes it very attractive for high season, followed by the dining area. The fully-fitted, great sized kitchen with its top quality appliances including washing machine, dishwasher and even three refrigerators to keep your food and drinks cold. On the ground floor there is a big master bedroom (facing south, with sliding doors towards the terrace and a view of the Mediterranean) with a 180x200CM bed (two 90x100CM combined) and a bathroom with separate walk-in shower and double hand basins – this bathroom is completely adapted for someone in a wheelchair – wider doors etc. On the first floor (via stairs) you´ll find on your right a family bathroom with bathtub, to the left you have the two bedrooms - both have two 90x100CM beds and single toppers or a 180x200CM topper, so the rooms can be used either separate or having the beds together as a Super-king size bed. All rooms have plenty of closet space. This property is very eco-friendly as it only uses LED lights and the water is heated by solar panels. An absolute recommendation for a family coming to the Costa del Sol for their holiday.

Location

This holiday villa is located in Puerto Romano, Estepona (KM 160) just off the road from the Laguna Village commercial centre (with its famous Puro Beach bar/restaurant) and high-end shops. Nearby there is also the ALDI supermarket. Close to the villa is a horse riding school and you could also go paintballing or buggy riding. For this property you would need a car, but driving to the marina of Estepona is only 10 minutes and to go to Puerto Banus it would take you 20-25 minutes by car. The location of the house is in a quiet area, so it is really recommended to those looking for a peaceful holiday yet still being in easy reach of the town and facilities by car.

Price Notes:

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure the reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card (+1.5% handling fee). The balance can be paid 6 weeks before arrival or on arrival by credit card (+1.5% handling fee). We can also accept cash for the balance, but only to a maximum of 1000€ per adult named in the confirmation. We do NOT accept 500€ notes under any circumstances. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damage or breakage (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a 25€ booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. We do take payments by American Express but they are subject to a 2.85% bank charge. All other card payments are subject to a 1.5% bank charge including debit/credit and charge cards. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:30PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement; however, all payments will need to be made in advance.
