This spacious two bedroom apartment offers a master suite with kingsize bed and ensuite shower room, and a twin room with family shower room. Access to the dining terrace, with its sea and harbour views, is from the lounge and also from the master bedroom. The apartment is fully air conditioned and offers high-speed fibre optic internet access. It has double glazing throughout. The air conditioned lounge area has two comfortable sofas and the dining area is next to the kitchen, with space for four people. The television offeres interentational television channels. The kitchen has a washing machine, diswasher, and plenty of crokery. Walking out from the lounge to the dining terrace, with its four chair and large table, you have wonderful views through the yacht masts to the Mediteranean sea. The apartmet has two recently reformed shower rooms with rain shower heads. Parking is within the urbanization and is on a first come, first served basis. Do note that this apartment does not have a lift and we do not beleive it is suitable for children in pushchairs, due to the steps.

Location

The apartment is located in the popular Puerto Paraiso apartments, in the heart of the marina of Estepona. Two beaches - Playa del Cristo and Playa la Rada - are about 5 minutes walk from the apartments. Within the marina, you have two supermarkets, plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants and late night establishments. There are two cash machines here too.

On Sunday, the popular martket comes to Estepona port and offers souveniers and trinkets.

Just outside the marina, you have bus stops and a taxi rank.

Trips and excursions can be booked in the marina office of Time in Spain Holidays, and also you can arrange yacht excursions in to the Mediteranean. Estepona is an ideal location for visiting many historic places, such as Granada, with the Alhambra Palace and Generalife gardens, Seville with its famous Plaza Mayor, Gibraltar with its British style and military history.

From the apartment, it is a very short walk to two beaches - Playa del Cristo and Playa la Rada. Both beaches offer beach bars serving drinks and food, and also they offer sun beds and umbrella hire.

Walking to the centre of the old town, with its pretty flower lined streets, takes about 12 minutes. Head for Plaza de las Flores with its lovely street cafes. Take in the murals which are dotted around the town of the larger buildings. Also, if you're a plant lover, don't miss the orchid house on La Terraza.

Price Notes:

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure the reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card (+1.5% handling fee). The balance can be paid 6 weeks before arrival or on arrival by credit card (+1.5% handling fee). We can also accept cash for the balance, but only to a maximum of 1000€ per adult named in the confirmation. We do NOT accept 500€ notes under any circumstances. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damage or breakage (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a 25€ booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. We do take payments by American Express but they are subject to a 2.85% bank charge. All other card payments are subject to a 1.5% bank charge including debit/credit and charge cards. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:30PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement; however, all payments will need to be made in advance
