This modern holiday apartment, with its private terrace is located within a private (gated) community. It offers two air conditioned bedrooms - one en suite bathroom and a family shower room. The the urbanization of Puerto Alto is very close to the Port of Estepona - about 5 to 7 minute's walk. The apartment has a master bedroom with a king size bed and built-in wardrobe space. This bedroom has direct access to the private terrace and also has an en suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and built-in wardrobes. The apartment has a family bathroom with shower cubicle. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, washing machine, microwave, hob and all the appliances. There is an open bar connecting the kitchen to the dining area with seating for four people. The dining area is located within the lounge, which is spacious with a comfortable sofa and a flat screen TV (with British telelvision and international channels) and has fibre optic internet access. The lounge has direct access to the terrace where there is an extra dinning area with seating for four (or six) people. You will be delighted with the views from the terrace, overlooking the community gardens, the two pools in the urbanization and the sea views beyond. This apartment has full air conditioning and there is lots of parking available in the street.

Location

This lovely two bedroom holiday apartment is located on the second floor, within the urbanization of Puerto Alto, Estepona. This urbanization is very close to the Port of Estepona (less than 5-7 minutes' walk) - the port boasts lots of bars, restaurants and two supermarkets. A market takes place on Sundays in the port - fantastic to buy some souvenirs, or if you prefer, you can go to the larger market on Wednesday, which is perfect to buy fresh fruit and vegetables and it is also very close to the property (5 minutes' walk). The property is close to two beaches - you can go to the famous Playa de la Rada (5 minutes walk) or to the Playa del Cristo if you prefer (10 minutes by foot). The old-town centre is also very close to the property, about 12-14 minutes walk, full of traditional bars and restaurants to taste the typical Spanish tapas in a beautiful environment: surely one of the most beautiful old centres on the Costa del Sol as it still maintains the charm of the typical white Andalusian village, with winding streets decorated with colourful flower pots. The urbanization of this apartment is private and fenced for your security and has a very easy access with lots of parking on the street.

Price Notes:

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 12:00 noon when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.

Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.

Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure the reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card (+1.5% handling fee). The balance can be paid 6 weeks before arrival or on arrival by credit card (+1.5% handling fee). We can also accept cash for the balance, but only to a maximum of 1000€ per adult named in the confirmation. We do NOT accept 500€ notes under any circumstances. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damage or breakage (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a 25€ booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. We do take payments by American Express but they are subject to a 2.85% bank charge. All other card payments are subject to a 1.5% bank charge including debit/credit and charge cards. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:30PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement; however, all payments will need to be made in advance.
