A cosy one bedroom penthouse perfect for couples wanting to stay right next to the beach and enjoy the Puerto Banus nightlife. It has a double bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living room on a small community on the far end of the port of Puerto Banus. The bedroom and living room has a new and fully functional air-con system with a WIFI connection.
The bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower, sink and a washing machine. A small fully fitted kitchen and a living room with dining area for four guests is facing north east with direct sea, beach and mountain views. This property provides a high speed fibre optic connection and a 26" flat screen TV.
Located on the far end of the port of Puerto Banus, just a few minutes walk from the beach and the famous port area with all the high end restaurants, shops, bars, trendy nightclubs and the luxurious yachts docked in the marina along with several parked sport cars. All the amenities you could possibly desire are within a short walk from the property and Marbella old town is only a short drive or taxi ride away. Malaga airport is only a 40 minute drive to the East and the local coast has plenty of beach and several water sport activities.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
To secure the reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card (+1.5% handling fee). The balance can be paid 6 weeks before arrival or on arrival by credit card (+1.5% handling fee). We can also accept cash for the balance, but only to a maximum of 1000€ per adult named in the confirmation. We do NOT accept 500€ notes under any circumstances. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damage or breakage (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a 25€ booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted.
We do take payments by American Express but they are subject to a 2.85% bank charge. All other card payments are subject to a 1.5% bank charge including debit/credit and charge cards.
A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:30PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement; however, all payments will need to be made in advance.
