The spectacular lounge, with double-height galleried ceilings and generous windows offers a very light, tranquil and relaxed interior. This is reflected in the minimalistic and clutter-free furnishing. There is satellite television here offering both SKY and domestic broadcasts. Through the large sliding doors you will find the terrace providing you with comfortable seating for both relaxing and dining. There are sun awnings here should you wish to have more shade. At the end of the terrace you will find the generous private swimming pool with its roman steps for easy entry and the private lawned garden.
The newly installed kitchen, with its clean, modern lines in simple white, provides all the appliances you could require.
The three spacious en-suite bedrooms are all located on the upper level of the house where you will also find a large terrace with sea views - there is an extra dining area for four people which would be ideal for a relaxed breakfast in the sun. On the terrace there is a short spiral staircase to the roof-top solarium with its all-day sun and wonderful views of the Mediterranean coast. Each of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with marble tiles and modern finishing.
This private villa is fully air-conditioned and has under-floor heating for the cooler months.

Location
At the Puerto Banus end of the Golden mile of Marbella, this property has a most enviable location in one of the best-known resorts of Europe. The house is 10 mins walk from the famous Victor's Beach restaurant and Puente Romano hotel and just five minutes walk to Puerto Banus harbour with its bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife. It is situated on a peaceful, private, residential road that leads directly to the beach and the Paseo Maritimo - only 60 meters away. Close to the house there is a beach bar (or cheringuito) specialising in sea-food. The Marbella club and the the Puente Romano Hotel are both about a 20 minute walk along the beach front walkway. The bustling Marbella old town centre if a further ten minutes walk from here.

Payment and Booking Terms
A 30% desposit is required within seven days of booking this property. The balance is payable at least 6 weeks prior to your arrival. The refundable security deposit is taken on arrival by credit card and will be credited back to the same card within seven days of departure providing there is no damage or loss to the property.
