The urbanisation is gated with a friendly security guard who knows everybody who is coming and going. There are many well known golf clubs in the surrounding area such as Las Brisas and Aloha golf. The surrounding neighbourhood is definitely for those who are looking for a quiet, relaxing location in a quality setting.
