Upstairs a beautiful spacious master bedroom with a fantastic bathroom, double basins, walk-in shower (3-piece). The master bedroom upstairs has got a super king size bed (180x200CM) - and a view to die for. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven and the lounge has got comfortable sofas to watch all kinds of television (English, French, Spanish etc). There is a covered indoor terrace for the more windy days and an outside terrace with several sun loungers, you are literally immediately on the beach and this beach is sandy and practically private. About 100 meters from the property is the big communal pool. We would recommend a car, but for those who love to walk you could walk to Estepona port in about 30 minutes or Sabinillas also in about 30 minutes. The closest supermarkets would be Mercadona (2KM) Or Aldi (2.2KM). Within walking distance there is also a Burger King and there is a bus stop right in front of this community on the road. This property is very ΄Zen΄ and you will hear no traffic.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure the reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card (+1.5% handling fee). The balance can be paid 6 weeks before arrival or on arrival by credit card (+1.5% handling fee). We can also accept cash for the balance, but only to a maximum of 1000€ per adult named in the confirmation. We do NOT accept 500€ notes under any circumstances. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damage or breakage (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a 25€ booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. We do take payments by American Express but they are subject to a 2.85% bank charge. All other card payments are subject to a 1.5% bank charge including debit/credit and charge cards. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:30PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement; however, all payments will need to be made in advance.
