The apartment is located on the ninth floor of the ever popular Puerto Paraiso apartments and directly overlooks Estepona Port, with the Mediteranean sea beyond and one of the two swimming pools just below. There is air conditioning in all the rooms plus TV with Spanish and British channels, a DVD and a hi-fi system. The master bedroom has en-suite shower room while the twin bedroom has use of the family bathroom with walk-in shower. The twin bedroom has two double beds which could sleep up to four people. The whole apartment is far more spacious in comparison to many of the newer apartments that are currently available. The apartment is perfectly located for those visiting Estepona who do not wish to drive as there is a wide selection of bars, restaurants, beaches, supermarkets and shops on the doorstep. This is a very good quality apartment, which is always popular. The price includes high speed internet connection.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure the reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card (+1.5% handling fee). The balance can be paid 6 weeks before arrival or on arrival by credit card (+1.5% handling fee). We can also accept cash for the balance, but only to a maximum of 1000 per adult named in the confirmation. We do NOT accept 500 notes under any circumstances. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damage or breakage (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a 25 booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. We do take payments by American Express but they are subject to a 2.85% bank charge. All other card payments are subject to a 1.5% bank charge including debit/credit and charge cards. A late arrival charge of 30 is charged for arrivals from 8:30PM or 50 for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement; however, all payments will need to be made in advance.
