The master bedroom, with its king size bed (160x200cm) and ample closet space has an en-suite bathroom with a modern feel, consisting of a bath with over-head shower, hand basin, WC, and bidet. The second bedroom has two single beds (90x200cm) and uses the family bathroom with a walk-in shower, hand basin and WC. The kitchen is equipped with most appliances, including a small dishwasher, three-ring hob, oven, microwave/grill combo, fridge freezer, toaster, espresso machine and kettle. There is also a separate laundry area with washing machine for your use. The south-east facing balcony features a dining table and chairs for alfresco dining, surrounded by glass panels to make it appear even more spacious. The living room consists of a dining table with four chairs, a comfortable sofa, an additional armchair, and a flatscreen Smart TV with international TV including Sky. The apartment is fully air conditioned with a new and efficient central heating/cooling system and has a high speed fibre optic connection for your use throughout the property. Within the Puerto Blanco residential complex, you'll find the large communal pool just a short walk from the property (approximately 250m). A car is not necessary, but there is private parking in the secure underground garage if needed however the parking space is only suitable for small or medium sized cars. All in all, a great apartment for families, retirees, golf lovers or couples.

Location

This modern two bedroom apartment is about a 10 minute walk from Estepona port with its bars, restaurants and cafes. There are two supermarkets close by - OpenCor and a Carrefour Express within a few minutes’ walk and also a cafe which adjoins the gym/sports centre of "Las Mesas" which is just a minute away. An ideal location if you’re thinking about fitness during your holiday. The closest beaches in the vicinity - Playa de la Rada and Playa del Cristo, both of which have chiringuito beach bars, where you can buy food and drinks during your beach time. Estepona old town, with its flower lined streets and traditional shops and restaurants will take about 15/20 minutes to walk to. The Sunday flea market is held each week in the port area and the large Wednesday market, selling all manner of things, is about four minutes away. All in all, an ideal location for your holiday.

Price Notes:

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
