This modern and bright apartment is ideal for couples and small families who are looking for a relaxing holiday close to the beach. This cosy one bedroom apartment is located in the well known urbanisation of La Fragata, in the surroundings of Estepona marina. This beautiful property offers a well size master bedroom, tastefully decorated, it has air conditioning and a king size bed. The bedroom benefits from an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, toilet and hand basin. The double bedroom also has a dressing area with plenty of space for storage in its built-in cupboards. The apartment has a modern kitchen which is fully equipped with all the appliances and all you may need for your holidays. The apartment offers a nice and bright lounge area with air conditioning and direct access to the terrace and community gardens. The lounge offers a sofa bed for a third guest and is equipped with international TV including Sky and a high speed internet connection. There is a lovely dining area off the lounge that has space for four guests. The terrace area is facing south east and offers lovely views to the well maintained community gardens and pool area. There are lovely and tranquil path walks within the urbanisation with plenty of Mediterranean and tropical plants. The terrace also offers an outdoor dining area with seating for three guests. Parking is on street and there is always plenty of public parking around the port. All together make this apartment a fantastic location for your holidays in Estepona.

Location

The property is located in the well known urbanisation of La Fragata, very close to the marina of Estepona. Less than eight minutes walk, the marina of Estepona offers a wide variety of international pubs, bars and restaurants. In addition, the famous international market takes place every Sunday at the port, where you can buy some souvenirs from your holidays. The local market takes place every Wednesday and is also located very close to the urbanisation, less than 10 minutes walk. The charming centre of Estepona is approximately 15-20 minutes walk. We highly recommend a walk through the old town of Estepona, which still retains the taste and beautiful appearance of the typical Andalusian white town. In the town centre you can also find lots of tapas bars and typical Spanish food restaurants. There are two supermarkets less than 5 minutes walking from the urbanisation. The closest beaches are Playa de la Rada and Playa del Cristo, both with blue flags and about 10 minutes walk from the property, making it a privileged amenity for your holiday in Estepona.

Price Notes:

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
