A stylish, south facing front line apartment located in Estepona marina with high-standard finishes. This spacious property offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a super king size bed (180x190cm), spacious built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with bath, overhead shower, WC, sink and washing machine. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds (90x190cm) and also has a built-in wardrobe. Both bedrooms have access to the large south-facing balcony that offers beautiful views to the sea and port. The open plan living room in this apartment is bright, spacious and equipped with a large 60 inch flatscreen TV that includes a wide package of national and international channels such as Sky TV along with a high speed Wifi connection throughout the property. The lounge area has comfortable seating for five guests plus a dining area for four. The open and modern kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and has a breakfast bar with two stools. An additional dining area for four guests is available on the spacious balcony with a comfortable outdoor seating area also for four. The popular complex of Puerto Paraiso offers two communal swimming pools that are available during the summer months and parking is possible in the communal parking area and operates on a first come, first served basis however finding a space isn't normally a problem. You can also park nearby for free and the property would suit families, golfers and retirees in particular. Please keep in mind that to reach this complex you must go up a flight of around 15 steps from the port entrance. All in all, this apartment is the perfect choice for those looking for a place close to the beach and all tourist facilities.

This apartment is located in the centre of Estepona's sports marina overlooking the sea and within a few minutes’ walk to many supermarkets, bars and great restaurants. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the block, however, from the marina side it is on an elevated level two floors up which facilitates great marina views. There is the bull ring which you can visit for free during opening times. The bull ring now plays host to various museums and the flea market every Sunday morning. There is a larger mainly craft market also on a Sunday in the marina itself. There are many vibrant and busy bars which come alive after midnight. Reinaldo’s is also a very popular bar open every day with its popular happy hour at 8pm daily. There is a huge selection of restaurants offering food from all over the world. A pleasurable 20 minute stroll along the seafront takes you into the town centre where it comes alive with small friendly Spanish bars and restaurants amongst now pedestrianised pretty streets lined with colourful geraniums and coloured pots flowerpot everywhere you look! Estepona is a medium sized town located on the Mediterranean coast, just below the stunning Sierra Nevada mountain range. Originally, Estepona’s income was from fishing, however, it has now branched out into tourism and provides a multitude of sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and yet still maintains its original Spanish feel. The sea front provides miles of glorious beaches whilst the town is beautifully maintained with tree lined streets, spectacular plants, many parks and open spaces and water fountains on almost every corner! Just a few minutes’ drive from Estepona you will find yourself within the naturally beautiful countryside of Andalusia. Imagine olive groves, vineyards and you have captured some of the surrounding villages such as Manilva, with its grapevines as far as the eye can see; or Casares with its olive groves. Head up into the Sierra Bermeja Mountains and see cork-trees that actually line the roads. Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.

Price Notes:

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
