A stylish south-facing apartment, refurbished and decorated to a very high standard. This good sized property offers two bedrooms: a lovely master bedroom with a super king size bed (180x190cm) and an en-suite bathroom with shower, WC and sink, plus a second bedroom that is equipped with a king size bed (150x190cm) and an extra single bed (90x190cm) for a total of five guests. The second bedroom makes use of the spacious family bathroom that is also equipped with walk-in shower, WC and sink. The property has a spacious and bright lounge area with quality seating for six guests and a dining area also for up to six guests. The kitchen in this property is presented in open plan and is well equipped with plenty of appliances you may need for your holidays. The lounge leads out onto a long balcony/terrace which runs along the front of the marina with outdoor relaxing seaters and additional dining area for four guests and an awning for some shade. As a south facing terrace, there is sun for most of the day. The property has air conditioning in all bedrooms lounge. A fibre optic, high speed Wifi internet connection is available and the TV offers plenty of British channels including Sky plus several international channels. There are two large swimming pools available in the urbanisation, one is set amongst landscaped gardens with a grassy area while the other is terraced around the pool. There are communal sunbeds available for use. Parking is possible in the communal parking area and operates on a first come, first served basis however finding a space isn't normally a problem. The apartment is in just a couple of minutes walk of supermarkets, bus stops and taxi rank, so it is really well located for a holiday in the heart of Estepona port.

This apartment is located in the heart of Estepona marina, just a couple of minutes walk to two supermarkets, many bars, restaurants and cafes. A taxi rank is very close by as well as bus stops offering a service to Marbella and beyond. From the property, there are the local beaches of Playa del Cristo, with its shallow waters and soft sand, and Playa la Rada with its beach bars and water activities. Estepona is located about a 35 minutes drive from Gibraltar and about 50 minutes from Málaga airport. On Sunday morning the harbour is the place to be for its craft market. The lovely old town of Estepona with its cobbled streets is only a 15 minute stroll along the Paseo Maritimo (promenade). Estepona town is a very vibrant and Spanish town; it is packed with shops, tapas bars, restaurants and has beautiful flower lined squares - perfect to watch the world go by. Estepona is a truly a delightful town for your memorable holiday and also a great location if you are planning on sight seeing in some of the larger cities - Seville, Granada and Cordoba are all in easy day-trips (excursions available from offices in the marina).

Price Notes:

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
