This welcoming light and airy apartment is located in the very popular area of Estepona known as Bahia Dorada. It offers a good-sized comfortable lounge with open kitchen and a wide choice of international channels (including Sky) with movies on demand and dvd player. The apartment also provides a high speed fibre optic internet connection throughout the property and is fully air-conditioning. The master suite, with its king size bed (150x190cm), is a galleried room above the lounge area. It has a large private terrace, which is not overlooked, and has the most spectacular views out to sea and across the private gardens. The terrace also has two sun loungers, a table and seating for four guests. An open kitchen with cooking hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, small fridge and the living room looks onto the main community parking. The apartment is well positioned for access to the beach which is a mix of sand and pebbles. In the urbanisation there is a large communal swimming pool open during summer months. This property is also ideally located for access to many golf courses in the Estepona area, and beyond!

This beautiful home is located between Estepona and Casares directly on the sandy beach in Bahia Dorada. It is close to Estepona Golf and about 5km west of Estepona town. Conveniently located on the N340 coastal road which runs along the Mediterranean coast of Spain. You have several supermarkets within a few minutes’ drive (Mercadona/Aldi). Wednesdays and Saturdays or the Sunday market in Sabinillas. Several Chiringuitos (beach bars) are located nearby and serve drinks and food all day during the summer. For sightseeing, the property is in easy reach of Gibraltar, which is about 35 minutes’ drive. Seville, Granada and Málaga are also large towns with historical centres, and worth visiting. The main town of Estepona is about 10 minutes from the house and offers a very traditional feel with its flower lined streets and traditional tapas bars, cafes and ice cream parlours. Head to Plaza de las Flores, which is right in the centre. The orchid house is about a five minute walk from the centre.

Price Notes:
In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
