The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed (160x190cm), built-in wardrobes and access to the lovely south-facing balcony with direct sea views. It also has an en-suite bathroom, fully fitted with bath, overhead shower, WC, sink and bidet. The second bedroom in this property has two single beds (90cmx190cm) with fitted wardrobes. The modern and bright lounge offers quality and comfortable seating for four guests and a flat screen TV with a multitude of national and international channels including Sky. On a side of the living room we find a large and beautiful dining table for six guests. The kitchen in this apartment is fully fitted with all the appliances and everything you may need for your holidays. There is an additional dining table with seating for four guests and a small laundry room for your use. The lovely south-facing balcony receives plenty of sun during most part of the day and offers unbeatable views to the sea and the Strait of Gibraltar. There are two sun-loungers available for guests and a small outdoor dining table and chairs for four guests. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and offers a high speed Wifi internet connection throughout the property. There is a private parking in the underground garage of the complex with space for one car. Booking this property allows free access to the Elba Hotel´s swimming pools which includes the outdoor pool, indoor pool and gym just 200m from the property.

This apartment is located in a popular urbanisation known as Arena Beach, less than a five minute drive from the center of Estepona. This small beachfront complex has easy access to the local Arena Beach, with its shallow waters and fine sand. Next to the beach there is a beautiful promenade through which you can walk to the center of Estepona. There are two supermarkets nearby and a couple of restaurants within a walking distance of 10/15 minutes. Estepona marina, with a multitude of bars, cafes and restaurants is located at a driving distance of approximately five minutes. Estepona is also known as the Garden of the Costa del Sol, it has all the ingredients for a fabulous holiday. Plenty of sandy beaches, quaint whitewashed streets, mountains, open public spaces, friendly bars and restaurants, plenty of shops along with excellent transport links allowing you to explore the wider area. The airports of Malaga and Gibraltar are easily accessible and the main road that connects the entire coast has several entry/exit points in the city. If you are thinking of sightseeing, the villa has easy access to many famous cities: Granada with the Alhambra Palace and Generlife gardens, Seville with its huge open squares and history, Malaga with the Picasso museum and Alcazaba, Cordoba with the Mosque and colourful center. In short, an ideal base for exploration and relaxation.

Price Notes:
In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
