A beautiful apartment in Estepona centre, ideal for couples or family holidays. The apartment building is located on the front line and the apartment is located in a "U" shaped complex. The stunning Playa de la Rada is just in front of the building entrance and the property is located within a walking distance to either the old town or Estepona marina. This fantastic apartment offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bright and modern living room with direct access to the outdoor north-west facing balcony with mountain views. The master bedroom is equipped with two single beds that way be joined together and has an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom to the master bedroom is equipped with bathtub, over-head shower, hand basin, WC and bidet. The second and third bedrooms offer single beds close to the family shower room. The property has a central air conditioning system throughout the apartment for cooling and heating. The modern lounge offers comfortable seating for up to six guests and international TV channels including Sky with a high speed internet connection. There is a lovely dining area off the lounge with seating for up to six guests. The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances in a modern style and the property also provides two private underground parking spaces available for two medium sized cars. Walking distance from Estepona port and the centre. There is a bus stop just besides the block entrance. You are right on the amazing sandy La Rada beaches with all it’s great festivals, restaurants and chiringuitos, no problem to get a cold cocktail or some real espetos (fish on a stick). The centre of Estepona is great for shopping and is only a ten minute walk. Every Sunday there is a market in the port of Estepona, 10 minute walk or Wednesdays just above the port, with all fresh fruits and vegetables. No car necessary in this property and a must for beach and sun lovers looking for a great family holiday.

Price Notes:

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
