A modern apartment right by the beach that has been completely refurbished to high standards. The property has three bedrooms and a family bathroom, offering comfortable accommodation for four guests and additional space for a baby or a small child. The modern open kitchen is fully fitted and it comprises of a dining bar with space for four guests. The lounge has comfortable seating for two guests and a flatscreen TV that includes a wide package of international channels including Sky, from the lounge area we have access to the large balcony with an additional dining area for four guests and it has views to the centric and quiet street. The modern master bedroom is equipped with a super king size bed, the second bedroom has two single beds and there is a baby bed for the third bedroom. The apartment is fully air conditioned for cooling and heating and it is also equipped with a fiber optic high internet connection for your use. The apartment is located within a quiet complex next to the popular promenade of Estepona, the main beach of Playa de la Rada is only a two minute walk while the old town and the port area are close by. Street parking is only available just outside the building. All in all, a lovely property for a relaxed holiday in a quiet environment next to bars, restaurants and supermarkets within a walking distance which makes this the perfect option for a family holiday next to the beach in Estepona town.

A property located at a walking distance from Estepona port and town centre. You are right on the amazing sandy La Rada beach with all it’s great festivals, restaurants and chiringuitos, no problem to get a cold cocktail or some real espetos (fish on a stick). The centre of Estepona is great for shopping and is only a ten minute walk. Every Sunday there is a market in the port of Estepona, only a 10 minute walk or on Wednesdays just above the port, with all fresh fruits and vegetables. No car is necessary in this property and a must for beach and sun lovers looking for a great family holiday.

Price Notes:

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
