Beautiful renovated apartment, located right in the heart of Estepona old town. This property has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, offering comfortable accommodation for up to six guests, which makes this apartment ideal for families looking to be right in the centre of things. The holiday apartment’s bedrooms are as follows: master bedroom and the second bedroom are both equipped with a king size bed (150x200cm) whilst the third bedroom has two single beds (90x200cm). All bedrooms have air conditioning units and spacious wardrobes. The lounge/dining area provides a flatscreen television with national and international channels plus videos on demand for free, along with a high-speed fibre optic Wi-Fi connection. The living room, which is also fully air conditioned, offers comfortable seating for six guests. The dining area has space for six guests to the side of the lounge, which can also double for a work desk. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and access to a separate laundry room. The property has two bathrooms; a family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, toilet, bidet and a hand-basin and the second bathroom offers a shower, toilet and hand-basin. The apartment has access to an L shaped spacious balcony - accessible from the first and second bedroom and the other from the living room, offering views to the central streets and Antonia Guerrero square (often referred to as Estepona’s Egg Square!). Street parking is often available however there is a new underground garage close by available for a small fee.

Location

This charming three bedroom apartment is located in the heart of the picturesque old town of Estepona. As soon as you leave the apartment building, you will find a few meters away the famous Antonia Guerrero Square, better known by the local population as "Plaza del Huevo" or “Egg Square”. Adjacent to this square you will find one of the main shopping streets of Estepona, Calle Terraza, from where you can walk to the famous Orchidarium of Estepona. The old town of Estepona, with its narrow streets decorated with traditional pots filled with colourful geraniums, is well worth a visit. Also consider following Estepona’s mural walk and take in the amazing artists’ work on so many of the buildings. The main beach of Estepona and the closest to the apartment, Playa de la Rada is approximately 10 minutes away by foot, considered one of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol. You may also choose to visit Playa del Cristo, which is more sheltered and has shallow water, which is a five minute drive. Walking along the Paseo Marítimo you can reach the busy Puerto Deportivo de Estepona (Estepona Marina), famous for its bars, cafes and restaurants.

Price Notes:

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
