This tastefully decorated top floor, fully air conditioned two bedroom, one bathroom apartment is located in town centre, just next to old town and less than a five minute walk from the beach. It offers two bedrooms, the master bedroom with a king size bed (160x200cm) and the second bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm). The family bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, WC and sink. The open plan kitchen is very well equipped with all you may need for your holiday and opens to the lounge area, equipped with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV and dining table for two guests. A high speed fibre optic Wifi connection is also available in the property along with an international TV package including Sky. Both balconies off the bedrooms are overlooking the central avenue and sea. Please note that the building does not have a lift/elevator nor private parking. You have paid parking in the new underground parking area below the new town hall (Ayuntamiento). A lovely property ideal for couples close to beach and restaurants.

This apartment is located in Estepona old town, on a busy street just off the main avenue of Avenida Juan Carlos. The closest beach is Playa de la Rada, the main beach of Estepona town and it's only 130 metres from the apartment, a three minute walk. The property is just a few steps to bars, restaurants and cafes. The popular Plaza de las Flores is around 10 minutes walk through the lovely old town, with its beautiful flower pots where you may find lots of restaurants and ice-cream parlours. There are also beach restaurants available along the beach, known as "chiringuitos" perfect to have a cool drink or lunch while a day on the beach. This is an ideal location for those who want to stay right in the heart of a traditional Spanish sea-side town.

Price Notes:

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
