Old town, three mins walk to beach

This rather quaint studio apartment is located in Estepona old town and it provides comfortable accommodation for two guests. There is a small sofa in the lounge and a very comfortable king size bed (150x190 CM) in the upstairs open gallery area. This area does not have an opening window but instead gets its natural light from the open area that looks down to the lounge with the large windows. To access the apartment, you pass through a door from the typical old town street and then up a flight of stairs to the apartment front door. This leads directly into the lounge which is complete with kitchenette, dining area for two, an international TV system including Sky, a high speed internet connection and air conditioning. The bathroom is also accessed from the lounge and has a separate shower, WC and sink. There are some glass terrace doors that open out onto a small balcony. To the rear of the lounge are some stairs that go up into the loft-style galleried area where the king size bed can be found. This is a very quaint area and the decor involves plenty of natural wood and a cupboard for storage space. The standing area is limited in this gallery since the ceiling is very low, not recommended for tall guests nor with back problems. The air conditioning also serves this area which keeps the area cool and comfortable during the summer months and warm during winter. The studio apartment is very quiet and you can walk to restaurants, bars, shops and beach. All in all, a lovely studio for couples or young people. Paid parking is available just a short walk from the property.

Location

The studio apartment is located in a charming typical street in the middle of Estepona old town. You have plenty of old traditional Tapas bars, restaurants, little supermarkets and charming squares all on your doorstep. There are plenty of narrow streets and with painted white Casetas in the general area. The beach is a short three minute walk through the town. Here you have a long beach with plenty of chiringuitos (beach bars) along the beach. There is a good beach front promenade, which has several playgrounds and shaded seating areas, which you can take all the way to the port where the boats are. The port is also a popular area which is full of bars and restaurants and is also home to the early morning Sunday craft market. The bull ring is across the road from the port where in summer open air concerts and cinema takes place. Most of the museums (all normally free) have also been moved to this location.

Price Notes:

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
