This apartment is located within in a recently built complex known as Estepona Gardens, a modern, residential community just above old town. The complex offers private underground garage and nice gardens with a large swimming pool and an additional children s pool. This modern community is about a 10 minute walk from the old town, famous for its beauty and its narrow streets decorated with a multitude of flowers, considered one of the best-preserved historic centres on the Costa del Sol where tourists can perceive the traditional atmosphere of the typical Andalusian town. The main beach known as Playa de la Rada with its promenade is about a 15 minute walk from the property. There are bars, restaurants and supermarkets within a walking distance from the complex, which makes this property the perfect option for your holidays. Estepona is also known as the garden of the Costa del Sol, it has all the ingredients for a fabulous holiday. Plenty of sandy beaches, picturesque whitewashed streets, mountains, public open spaces, nice bars and restaurants, plentiful shops alongside great transportation links enabling you to explore the wider area. Malaga and Gibraltar airports are easily accessible and the main road that links the whole coast has various entry/exit points in the town. Price Notes:

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
