This apartment has been newly refurbished and has all new furniture since November 2022. It has been designed to be a comfortable home for the duration of your stay with all modern appliances that we can think of. The kitchen is well equipped for most types of cooking and includes several coffee machines, kettle and even a hand blender. There is a washer / drier and dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. The apartment is fully air conditioned. There is a small balcony which can be closed off from the lounge with fun chairs which are suspended from the ceiling plus two additional chairs. Smoking is allowed in this area with the lounge door closed and the terrace windows open. In the lounge there is a comfortable L-shaped sofa bed, two extra comfy chairs and a flat screen smart TV with most TV channels provided in many languages plus movies on demand. The lounge has a folding dining table to the rear and can seat up to six people. The open plan kitchen leads on from the lounge. Down a short hallway you get to two bedrooms. One has a super king size bed (180 cm wide) with wardrobe, drawers and chair with a further flat smart screen TV while the second bedroom has a standard smaller double bed (135 cm wide) with wardrobe, drawers and flatscreen 4K smartTV also. Finally, there is the shower room. It is compact but provides a sink, WC with bidet function and a separate shower with glass doors that fold away into the wall. There is a lift to all floors and a disabled ramp in the reception area. There is also a communal garden available if you wish to use it. No parking is provided with this property but there is roadside parking around or a public car park about five minutes’ walk away which charges a maximum of 12 Euros per day.

Location

This comfortable modern apartment is located in the centre of Torremolinos next to the bus station so it is easy to walk everywhere. The train station is a five minute walk and the beach is about a 15 minutes’ walk or quicker if you take one of the lifts down to the beach side. Torremolinos is one huge melting pot of people from all walks of life but mainly local Spanish people or all ages. There are some fantastic beaches and many many beach cheriguitos all along the promenade. The town is also filled with a large number of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets all on your door step. This is one of the main reasons that Torremolinos is so popular. The resort is also very reasonably priced when you go out for drinks or dinner compared to Marbella or Estepona prices. There is also a large Gay area with many late-night bars and discos in the centre of town in an area called La Nogalera. A car is not needed here as the airport is a short train, bus or taxi ride away, and you can travel easily to Malaga city or Fuengirola or to most of Spain by train or the airport. It’s a great place to come to visit, unpack and enjoy and relax in the many places available in this old Spanish Resort called Torremolinos. It’s a bit dated in places but it’s got a big character. I love this old town and I hope you will too.

Price Notes:

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
