A modern apartment located on the popular development of Terrazas de Costalita, a beautiful and private complex on the beach-side of the Cancelada exit, only a 10 minute drive from Estepona town. This lovely second floor apartment has two bright and spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge area and a quality fully fitted kitchen with balcony. The modern kitchen is very well equipped with all you may need for your holiday along with a laundry area with washing machine. There is also a breakfast bar for four guests in the kitchen. From the kitchen we head onto the dining area and lounge with comfortable quality sofas and a flat screen TV with dvd and international streaming TV channels including Sky. The apartment also provides a high speed fiber optic connection throughout the apartment. The lounge has direct access to the south west facing balcony with a lovely view over the community gardens and swimming pool. A spacious en-suite master bedroom with two single beds set up together to form a super king size bed and the second bedroom is a twin. Both bedrooms provide plenty of storage space in its built-in wardrobes. Both bathrooms in the apartment are equipped with bath, over head shower, WC, bidet and hand basin. Located on a second floor, this property is fully air conditioned and offers private parking in the underground garage. Terrazas de Costalita is a popular development well known for its maintained gardens, plenty of palm trees and colourful tropical and Mediterranean plants. It is very well located on the beachside of the Cancelada exit of the A7 motorway between Estepona and San Pedro de Alcántara. A large community swimming pool with plenty of communal sunloungers for your use. A short walk to the beach where you can find numerous bars and restaurants and supermarkets located on the other side of the main road. Several charming towns such as Estepona or Marbella are only a short drive away and of course, Puerto Banus with its busy nightlight, high end shops and gourmet restaurants.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
