This lovely quiet country three bedroom villa, with its own private driveway, mature gardens and large private swimming pool, is just two kilometers outside the town of Estepona. Inside you will find the kitchen area with a breakfast bar, granite counter tops and all the required appliances for a holiday accommodation. The comfortable living room area with air conditioning, British television including Sky and several international channels plus a dvd and high speed fibre optic internet. It has sliding patio doors which lead out onto the large patio terrace. Outside, you will find the laundry room and separate cloak room (with guest WC and sink). There is a spacious lawn with plenty of running space for children. The large private pool, with roman steps, is paved all around and is an ideal space for relaxing with a book and a cool drink. It is only a few steps from here to the covered patio terrace to escape the sun. The charcoal brick barbeque is located next to the swimming pool. This house also boasts its own citrus orchard with orange and lemon trees, avocados, and fig trees. A very relaxed atmosphere and is an ideal place to wind down and forget the stresses of the world. The sounds of nature abound here, from the chirruping of crickets in the evening to the scent of the jasmines on hot balmy nights. In early spring the perfumes of the citrus blossom fills the air and in summer and autumn plenty of fruit grow here, which you can pick. All in all it is an ideal place for a relaxing family holiday.
This secluded private house is located in the Los Llanos area of Estepona on a very quiet cul-de-sac (no road traffic). It is behind the Palacio de Congresos and is only a very short drive into the town of Estepona. Carrefour supermarket is about an eight minute drive and the centre of the old town about the same. Estepona marina is about 10 minutes away. Playa la Rada beach, with its chringuitos (or beach bars) is around a three minute drive or a 30 minute walk. Estepona is also known as the garden of the Costa del Sol, it has all the ingredients for a fabulous holiday. Plenty of sandy beaches, picturesque whitewashed streets, mountains, public open spaces, nice bars and restaurants, plentiful shops alongside great transportation links enabling you to explore the wider area. Malaga and Gibraltar airports are easily accessible and the main road that links the whole coast has various entry/exit points in the town. If you’re thinking of sightseeing, the villa is in easy reach of many famous towns – Granada with the Alhambra Palace and Generlife gardens, Seville with its huge open squares and history, Malaga with the Picasso museum and the Alcaza, Cordoba with the Mezquita and colourful centre. All in all, an ideal base for exploration and relaxation.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
