A beautiful and spacious three-bedroom apartment in the centre of Estepona. This fantastic property is located in a family complex in a quiet neighbourhood near the centre, only a short walk from the main beach, Playa de la Rada. The penthouse is distributed over three different levels offering comfortable accommodation for up to six guests. On the first level (ground floor) is the large kitchen, fully equipped with all appliances and a dining area for four. On this same level, we find the modern and bright living room that offers comfortable seating for six and a large flat screen television with a multitude of national and international channels (including Sky) along with a high speed fibre optic Wifi connection and alarm system. On one side of the living room, we find the dining area for six and from the living room you have access to a beautiful balcony with relaxer seating for two. A lavatory next to the kitchen is located on this same level. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. It also has a large built-in wardrobe and access to another balcony with seating for two. The second and third bedrooms are also equipped with king-size beds and built-in wardrobes. There is a family bathroom for the second and third bedrooms with a shower, toilet and sink. On the third level, you will find a spacious and tastefully decorated roof terrace with several plants. Before accessing this area, there is an additional kitchen that you may use while using the terrace with a small fridge, cooking hob and oven. The roof terrace provides two sun loungers, a lovely relaxing area with seating and a dining area next to a gas powered barbecue. The apartment has independent air conditioning for cooling and heating in the lounge area and in two bedrooms. The property includes a private parking space in the residential underground garage for one car. Altogether, this is a fantastic holiday home for families in a quiet area near the beach and all the local tourist attractions.
This property is located in a pleasant residential area between Estepona port and old town surrounded by parks, restaurants and cafes. It is only a five minute walk from the beach of La Rada next to Estepona marina and only 10 minutes from the town centre where you can find local commercial areas and Andalusian style tapas bars and restaurants. Several supermarkets around the complex such as Dia, Mercadona and Carrefour Express are all within walking distance from the property. Estepona marina has a variety of restaurants and bars available and a beautiful promenade by the beach where you can take long walks, roller blade or hire bicycles for the family. It is a 25 minute drive from opulent Marbella and Puerto Banús, where you can find more sophisticated restaurants, high end shops and an extravagant night life.

Three bedrooms. All equipped with a king-size bed (2x 160x200cm + 150x190cm). All bedrooms are located on the first floor.
Bathroom Features:
Two bathrooms. The master bedroom en-suite bathroom has a shower, WC and sink. The family bathroom also has a shower, WC and sink. All bathrooms are located on the first floor. The cloakroom is located on the ground floor next to the kitchen.
In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
