A lovely and spacious, family terraced townhouse, set into two levels located in the popular and tranquil complex of Beverly Hills, only a few minutes walk from Estepona port. This lovely property has views over the Mediterranean Sea and Gibraltar from the spacious south-facing terrace. Two bedrooms - An en-suite master bedroom with a king size bed (160x200cm) with access to a small balcony. The second bedroom is also en-suite with two single beds and access to the second balcony. Both bedrooms are located on the first floor and they both have stunning sea views from this level. On the ground floor (lowest floor) we find the spacious and bright lounge with a dining area for four guests. The fully fitted kitchen has all the appliances for your holiday including a laundry room next to it. From the living room, we have access to the spacious south-facing terrace that is equipped with a relaxing seating area for four, an outdoor dining area with its parasol and a (charcoal) barbecue available for your use. The property is fully air-conditioned for heating and cooling with a central system that covers the whole house. A Smart 43 inch TV is also available in the lounge with Netflix and Sky channels along with a high speed internet connection. There is a private car port in the urbanisation just outside the house for one car. A communal swimming pool is also available in the summer months and it is located less than 100 metres away from the accommodation and the closest beach is around 10 minutes walk from the property, so ideal for families with children.

This property is located within the private and tranquil complex of Beverly Hills, located on the western outskirts of Estepona, making it easy to get into town and port with all the facilities and amenities they provide. The closest beach is next to Riviera Andaluza just 100m from the property, the famous Playa del Cristo is also within a short 10 minute walk. The old town of Estepona is only a 30 minute walk and the busy marina of Estepona, with its bars, restaurants and supermarkets is only a 15 minute walk from the property. An ideal location for those looking for a place near the beach and all facilities.

Price Notes:

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
