The Villas Andaluzas development is built next to the beach, just east of the Carrefour supermarket and across the road from McDonald's. Just east of the town center, one of the most beautiful and popular beaches on the coast stretches from here along the Estepona promenade. The property is ideally located for access to the town center and the highway to Gibraltar and Malaga. The port of Estepona is a 30-minute walk away and is home to numerous good bars and restaurants, as well as two supermarkets. You can also rent boats from the port or stroll through the Sunday morning craft market. The town center is a 10-minute walk along the promenade from the villa. Here you will find many shops on the main shopping street, as well as many attractive Spanish bars and restaurants. Estepona is a good central point for those looking to settle in a place with beautiful beaches and plenty to do, while also being able to explore more of the coast, such as Puerto Banús, Marbella Old Town, or Gibraltar and Morocco.

Price Notes:

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit via bank transfer (in British Pounds or Euros) or credit card through our bank's secure server. The remaining balance must be paid six weeks before arrival. The security deposit is paid upon arrival with a credit card and will be refunded to the same card within a week after departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to makeup). Properties must be left clean as found and treated with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival fee of €30 applies for arrivals from 8:00 p.m. onwards or €50 for arrivals after midnight, and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We have a key safe in our office at Estepona port, from where you can collect your property keys if preferred. No late arrival fee applies for this arrangement.
