"Casa Galore" is a beautifully presented property, with its wonderful views over the beach and the Mediterranean Sea. It has been furnished with quality and comfort in mind. From the top level kitchen to the comfortable master suite, you'll notice the attention to details in every room. Tasteful artwork adorns the smooth walls and the colour scheme is a match to the blue of the sea, in what can only be described as a luxurious beach house. The property is laid out over three levels. From the front door, you'll see the dining area with seating for two and then down stairs to the master-suite and bathroom. Upstairs takes you to the open-plan kitchen and comfortable lounge from which you have your first view of the terrace with its comfortable seating, outdoor dining table for four and the wonderful view. From the terrace you can see the liners that cruise the Mediterranean and the smaller sail boats. In the master suite you have a very comfortable king-size bed, a sofa and a large smart television, with plenty of wardrobe space and views over the beach. Next to this is the modern bathroom, with bath and separate shower cubicle. The sofa is actually a sofa bed and could be made up for a teenager or adult. From the front door of the property, you can walk down a little walkway in the urbanisation to the wide sandy beach, which is about 70 meters away. From the beach you have views of the Rock of Gibraltar and on clear days you can see the coast of Morocco. About 400 meters along the beach you'll find a beach bar (chiringuito) serving drinks and food. You can also hire loungers and umbrellas here. Further on you'll find a small naturist beach. Within the urbanisation, there is a large community pool available. At night, with its clever use of lighting, this house takes on a very different feeling. LED's which can change colour to your own taste or mood are carefully concealed to maximise their effect. Community parking is available on a first come first serve basis. Over all, this is an extremely tasteful property ideal for those who are looking for top-quality accommodation next to the beach in Estepona, here on the Costa del Sol.

This beautiful home is located between Estepona and Casares directly on the sandy beach in Bahia Dorada. It is close to Estepona Golf and about 5km west of Estepona town. Conveniently located on the N340 coastal road which runs along the Mediterranean coast of Spain. You have several supermarkets within a few minutes’ drive (Mercadona/Aldi). Wednesdays and Saturdays or the Sunday market in Sabinillas. Several Chiringuitos (beach bars) are located nearby and serve drinks and food all day during the summer. For sightseeing, the property is in easy reach of Gibraltar, which is about 35 minutes’ drive. Seville, Granada and Málaga are also large towns with historical centres, and worth visiting. The main town of Estepona is about 10 minutes from the house and offers a very traditional feel with its flower lined streets and traditional tapas bars, cafes and ice cream parlours. Head to Plaza de las Flores, which is right in the centre. The orchid house is about a five minute walk from the centre.

Price Notes:
In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
