Located: Los Llanos de Estepona, Estepona, Estepona East, Malaga

This calm rustic house is fully air conditioned and it is only a five minute drive from Estepona town. It is a great escape for a summer break and the villa has been recently renovated, it has three bedrooms and three en-suite bath/shower rooms. The twin room has access directly onto the front terrace, the second double bedroom has access to the rear terrace and the main bedroom has access to the gardens. It is fully equipped for a relaxing break and there is international TV in the lounge area with Sky channels plus films and series for free. It also has a high speed fibre optic connection throughout the property. The gardens are spacious and have plenty of seating areas and/or for children to run around. Fruit trees are dotted around, so help yourself. The good sized private pool is located to the side of the house and has plenty of space around it for sun loungers. There are large terraces to the front and rear of the house and a cabaña is located next to the pool which is ideal for escaping the sun and relaxing with a cool drink and a good book. The property provides private parking for a medium size car so please enquire. Pets are no longer allowed in this property.

This private villa is located in the tranquil countryside of Estepona, yet its setting is still very convenient by car from all the amenities and hustle and bustle of the town of Estepona. Carrefour supermarket is about a five minute drive and the centre of the old town about the same. Estepona marina is about 15 minutes away. Playa la Rada beach, with its chiringuitos (or beach bars) is around a five minute drive or a 40 minute walk. Estepona also known as the garden of the Costa del Sol, it has all the ingredients for a fabulous holiday. Plenty of sandy beaches, picturesque whitewashed streets, mountains, public open spaces, nice bars and restaurants, plentiful shops alongside great transportation links enabling you to explore the wider area. Malaga and Gibraltar airports are easily accessible and the main road that links the whole coast has various entry/exit points in the town. If you’re thinking of sightseeing, the villa is in easy reach of many famous towns – Granada with the Alhambra Palace and Generlife gardens, Seville with its huge open squares and history, Malaga with the Picasso museum and the Alcaza, Cordoba with the Mezquita and colourful centre. All in all, an ideal base for exploration and relaxation.

Price Notes:

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
