Located: El Paraiso Barronal, Estepona, Estepona East, Malaga

This beautifully presented villa, which is just a three minute walk to the sea from the gardens, offers five en-suite bedrooms, private swimming pool and very large gardens. It has a very large lounge/living room with access onto a terrace where one finds comfortable seating and a dining area. From here steps lead down to a private pool and pretty, well kept gardens. From the gate at the end of the lawned garden, it is less than three minute to walk the beach. The villa has a large kitchen with seating for eight guests and a separate laundry room. A large living room with high speed fibre optic connection and an international TV package including Sky channels. There is also a second lounge/television room with games consoles (games are not included). It also provides a new pool table in the basement for hours of fun. Access to the beach is through the large gardens and through a small gate. From here it is a very short walk along a quiet road. The house is well located for a selection of restaurants and bars, plus a convenience supermarket. One could well stay in this house without the need for a car however a driveway for up to two cars is also available within the property. All in all, this house provides plenty of quality space for a large family or families traveling together, set in spacious gardens with its own private swimming pool and ideally near the beach.

This beautiful high-standard villa is situated just a short walk from the beach, which is maximum 150 metres away from the property. Next to the beach there is the famous pathwalk known as “Senda Litoral” which allows you to get along the coast to Estepona and it is also perfect for those who love cycling. The centre of Estepona, about 20 kilometres away, can be reached by bike along the “Senda Litoral”, which offers beautiful views of the coast. The property is around 10-15 minutes driving from Puerto Banus and Marbella. There are hotels in the surroundings of the villa where you can purchase day passes to enjoy the resort's facilities such as sun loungers on the beach, access to the pools, restaurant, bar and music. An example is the Mett Hotel, about 15 minutes from the villa. There are also two beach clubs in the area, perfect for spending the day, Salduna Beach and Pepe’s Beach; as well as restaurants like Indian Restaurant Chilli or Pizzeria La Locanda. On the beach we also find restaurant La Antigua within walking distance just next to Pepe’s Beach, where you can also use the restaurant. There are several supermarkets nearby the property like ALDI or Mercadona located to the other side of the road. There is a bus stop close by and taxis are easily arranged. Paraiso Barronal is an urbanisation on the sea front which consists of only large established villas. Many more bars, restaurants, and supermarkets can easily be accessed via the foot bridge over the main road. There also are several golf courses in the area, two of them are very close to the villa; “Los Flamingos Golf Club” and “El Paraíso Golf Club”. Estepona town centre is about 6 kilometres from the property and it provides several beach bars and restaurants. Estepona town is pretty and diverse with its Old Town, its garden areas and a reputation to present itself for tourism with ambition to compete with the likes of Marbella.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
