A lovely, south-east facing, family rustic villa in a large secluded plot with a private road, amazing mountain and sea views situated at the foot of the beautiful nature reserve of “Los Reales”, north of Estepona. The property is located just five minutes drive to town and eight minutes to the beach. Ground Floor: A spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and a large 60 inch Smart TV with international channels including Sky. A separate dining area connected to an open-plan kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the appliances you may need. A family bathroom is also located on this level with shower, WC and hand-basin. Top Floor: The property offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a second living room/study and a lovely sun room. The en-suite master bedroom is equipped with a super king size bed (180x200cm) and a walk-in shower, WC, hand-basin and bidet. The second bedroom (ideally for up to four children) offers a bunk bed with double bed (140x190cm), single bed (90x190cm) and a pull-out single bed under the double bed. Location

This wonderful villa is only four kilometers north of Estepona town, in a rural setting. Estepona provides attractions for everyone, shallow waters, sandy bays for the little ones and a great selection of beach bars. This fishing village offers plenty of restaurants, bars and nightlife. We also have the port of Estepona with more restaurants, bars and cafes. During the day the port is an ideal place to escape from the heat, to spend a few hours reading a newspaper, a coffee or a refresher or even watching people go by. Estepona is a short drive from Marbella and a short drive to Gibraltar.

Price Notes:

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
