Unique villa in a prime location next to Valle Romano Golf with beautiful sea views. This lovely house has been designed tastefully with noble materials to create a unique atmosphere. Located frontline golf, this is a self-fenced villa built to a certain height which gives the villa the perfect elevation to enjoy the magnificent views though the open garden and private infinite pool. The house is distributed in two levels. On the first floor is the elegant lounge area with quality seating and a huge Flat Screen TV plenty of international channels. The bright lounge area opens onto the large terrace with extra outdoor dining area for six guests, the perfect place to enjoy lunch or dinner with spectacular views. There is another dining area off the lounge with seating for six guests. The open kitchen with high endings is fully fitted and is open to the lounge area through the breakfast bar with extra space for three guests. On the same level we found the beautiful master bedroom with a king size bed, dressing room and private terrace. There is a toilet and shower room also located on the ground floor. On the first level of the house there is another dressing room and a bathroom equipped with a large bathtub. The second and third bedroom are located on the first floor, both bedrooms have an en-suite shower room and its own terrace with beautiful views. Each element, from the architecture that shapes the building to the smallest design detail, pursues the same philosophy. The design accentuates the relationship between the exterior and interior, creating a unique harmonious space. The interior of the house is designed to bring in plenty of daylight, even in the bathrooms. This beautiful villa is located in the urbanization of "Valle Romano", which is located about 2.5 km inland from the beaches and about 3 km from the port of Estepona and 4 km from the town centre. Valle Romano has its own golf club and social house. The villa is oriented to the southwest, which means that you get sun by the pool all day. Estepona is a popular town with an authentic Andalusian atmosphere that has managed to preserve its charm with its cobbled streets lined with flowers, traditional squares and tapas bars. You will find many traditional restaurants, bars and shops in the old town and the nightlife is mainly concentrated in the port area. It is easy to order taxis to and from the house.

Price Notes:
In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
