The apartment opens onto a large balcony with extra seating area and an “al fresco” dining area. There is also access to the balcony from the master bedroom. Facing south-east, the large balcony area offers stunning sea views, mountains and golf courses. The urbanisation provides well maintained and spacious community gardens with a large swimming pool open from April until October. Please keep in mind that the building does not have a lift/elevator and pets are not allowed. Plenty of street parking is available just outside the community grounds.
