This fantastic villa has a most inviting area for sunbathing and barbecues next to the private swimming pool. When entering the garden you go up some rustic steps, which take you to the main area of the house. You'll find a shaded porch with seating for 4 people and a great view. From there you enter the tranquil living room with comfortable sofas where you can enjoy Spanish / English and German television channels. Just off the lounge there is a dining area with seating for 6 and from there it has an open modern kitchen with all appliances including a dishwasher. Next to the dining area there is a quiet "snug" or seating area to relax in and read a book. From the dining area (on the side) there is a small hallway for shoes and on the right from there is a cloak room. From the other end of the living area you walk up the stairs to the three bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom is a rustic well equipped bedroom, lots of closet space and has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. From the master in the hallway just across the stairs you find the family bathroom. Right from the bathroom a big double bedroom with a super king size bed (180CMx200CM) and right from the super king there is a good size twin room. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. Included in the rental you can use a cot and a high chair if you wish. The area where the private pool is located is located on the right side of the villa, for its access it is necessary to surround the house and access through the garden by some small steps. * The balconies of this property are not accessible because the railings do not comply with the regulatory measures.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
