There is a lift directly to the floor of the apartment from street level. The property is just a couple of minutes' walk to two supermarkets, plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes. Two blue-flag beaches (Playa del Cristo and Playa la Rada) are also just a few minutes stroll. We believe the apartment would really suit couples wishing to enjoy their holidays in Estepona. Payment and Booking Terms

To secure the reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by debit/credit card. The balance can be paid six weeks before arrival or on arrival by credit card. By prior arranfement, we can also accept cash for the balance but only to a maximum of 1000 per adult named in the confirmation. We do NOT accept 500 notes under any circumstances. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damage or breakage (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. A late arrival charge of 30 is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50 for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement; however, all payments will need to be made in advance.
