This single level family villa for 10 guests is very close to the beach - within one minute walk - and offers a good size swimming pool (which can be heated according to season), full air-conditioning and a spacious terrace with outside dining area overlooking the pretty private gardens. Offering five bedrooms (one king-size bedroom and four twin bedrooms), four bathrooms, modern kitchen with all mod cons, separate laundry room, and spacious lounge/dining area (with WiFi and British television channels). Being set on one level, it is ideal for three generation families. Near to the house you’ll find a supermarket, restaurants, El Saladillo beach and the lovely beach bar “Pepe”. Each bedroom has access directly to a modern bathroom (two twin bedrooms share one shower room, with access from both sides) – in total there are three shower rooms and the master suite has a bath with overhead shower. The kitchen has a halogen hob, microwave, oven (with warming drawer), double fridge freezer, kettle/toaster, and every utensil you could ask for. In the garden, you’ll find table tennis/PingPong with bats and balls, plus some pool toys. The swimming pool is about 9 meters by 5 meters (approximately), has a maximum depth of 1 meter 80 and there are both roman steps and a ladder for access. The pool can be fenced off if required (at additional cost - please ask). Next to the pool there is a shower room with hand basin and WC. Eight sun loungers are provided for you during your stay. The villa doesn’t come with pool towels, but these can be hired for an additional EURO5.00 per towel. The pool can be heated between 15th May and 15th October – EURO 200.00 to start the heater and EUR 150.00 per week of usage. Outside of these times, pool heating cost is charged according to season – please ask. The terrace, with access directly from the lounge, has a dining area for 10 and comfortable sofa seating. The terrace overlooks the pool and gardens, so is ideal for families with children. There is room inside the villa’s grounds for two cars with additional parking on-street. A car isn’t really necessary in this location but helps if you’re planning days out sightseeing. A bus stop, with buses to Marbella and Estepona, is about three minutes’ walk and taxis can be ordered to the house too. The house is located on a quite road in a residencial area. For your convenience, there is a key operated safe in the house and also an alarm system. Double glazing keeps the house cooler in summer and warm in the winter. Air-Conditioning provides both heating and cooling. All in all, this is a lovely villa that we fully recommend for a family holiday!

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival.
