This spacious and stylish two bedroom apartment located overlooking the marina of Estepona has a large double room with kingsize bed and an en-suite bathroom, a twin room with a double bed and an extra single bed with access to the family bathroom. The apartment sleeps five so is ideal for two couples with a child or a larger family. There is a private roof garden with views out to sea, fully equipped with a BBQ and dining seating for six, as well as sun loungers and umbrellas. In the lounge, with its leather sofas seating five there is full British TV, Spanish and international channels. Fibre optic internet (via WiFi) is also provided for your use in the apartment and roof terrace. The lounge accesses the balcony where there is comfortable dining area for four people and the views over the pool and marina. There is Air conditioning available in the lounge and both of the bedrooms, which is centrally controlled from the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric hob etc plus plenty of utensils and cooking pots. From the kitchen there is access to the private roof terrace via a spiral-staircase (it is also possible to access the terrace via conventional stairs, but exiting the front door of the apartment and taking a flight of stairs using an acces key). Underground secure car parking for a saloon type car is also included. Being only a five minute walk from the harbour, it is an ideal place to stay for a wonderful break in Estepona.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
