Close to Estepona marina, so only a five minute walk to restaurants, bars, cafes and two supermarkets. There are two beaches close by - Playa la Rada and Playa del Cristo within a seven-minute walk, both of which offer Chiringuito beach bars/restaurants. The apartment offers a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower which has access to the terrace and a twin bedroom with two single beds which uses the family shower room. The comfortable lounge/diner has seating for four guests and offers a flat screen television with high-speed fibre optic internet connection plus international television channels including UK and European languages. From the lounge you have access to the large south facing terrace through sliding patio-style doors. On the sunny balcony you'll find comfortable exterior dining for four guests, plus comfortable sofa-style relaxers for four and two sun loungers. The kitchen offers all mod cons such as dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and oven. The community provides two swimming pools surrounded by lovely gardens. Street parking is only available for this property. Do note there are some steps to reach the apartment. All in all, a very comfortable property close to everything that you could require for your family holiday in Estepona.

Payment and Booking Terms
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
