This two bedroom apartment has been completely refurbished with high quality nordic style finishings and provides all the mod cons for a comfortable holiday. The apartment is located on the second floor of the ever popular Puerto Paraiso apartments and overlooks Estepona port, with the sea beyond and one of the two swimming pools just below. There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms plus a TV package with a selection of British channels such as Sky an other international channels. A high speed fibre optic connection is also available throughout the property. Both bedrooms are en-suite and the whole apartment is far more spacious in comparison to many of the newer apartments that are currently available. The apartment is perfectly located for those visiting Estepona who do not wish to drive as there is a selection of bars, restaurants, beaches, supermarkets and shops on the doorstep. Parking is possible in the communal parking area and operates on a first come, first served basis however finding a space isn't normally a problem. You can also park nearby for free. All in all, is a very high quality apartment for your holiday.

Payment and Booking Terms
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
