This lovely air-conditioned one bedroom apartment is located next to the beach and offers great accommodation for two guests. The master bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space and a very comfortable king size bed. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, hand basin and lavatory. In the lounge/diner, you will find comfortable sofas, a dining table for four and access to the terrace with a table and two chairs for breakfast or dining/relaxing al-fresco. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, hob, oven and microwave but no dishwasher. The south west facing terrace looks over the community garden towards the Mediterranean Sea and has partial sea views. The property has internet access and a television system with many international channels including Sky. From the inviting swimming pool in the community grounds, you have access directly down to Playa del Cristo, with its Chiringuito beach bars. Two foldable sun loungers are available, from the community store that way be used for the pool and beach. Secure parking in the community grounds is also available on a first come, first served basis. There is additional on-street parking about 100 meters from the apartment building. This property doesn´t allow pets nor small children.
The apartment development of Veramar is built adjacent to Playa del Cristo, one of the loveliest and most popular beaches on the coast, just to the west of the port area. It is ideally situated for access to the town centre and the motorway heading to Gibraltar and Malaga. Estepona port is a ten minute walk and is home to numerous great bars and restaurants plus two large supermarkets. You can also hire boats from the port or enjoy walking around the Sunday morning craft market. The town centre is an enjoyable 20 minutes walk further along the seafront. Here you will find many shops in the main shopping street plus many more pretty Spanish bars and restaurants. Estepona is a good central point for those looking to base themselves somewhere with nice beaches with plenty of things to do whilst being able to go exploring more of the cost such as Puerto Banus, and Marbella old town or Gibraltar and Morocco. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars all within a 10 minute walk.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
