This fabulous apartment is privately owned and is located on the 6th floor of the private wing of the Kempinski hotel. This one bed apartment has been designed with a second double bed permanently set up in the lounge area and is thus able to easily accommodate up to four people. There is a luxury bathroom area with separate shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons. There are three flat screen LCD televisions in the apartment. One outside on the terrace, a huge screen in the lounge and also a third one in the bedroom. High speed Internet ADSL is also provided. The apartment is decorated to a high modern standard. There is comfortable seating on the balcony which has fantastic views out across the tropical gardens out to sea. Most of the health spa facilities are also included with this apartment such as the Sauna, Health Spa, gym, indoor pool and gardens. Room service is also available with this property but is not included with the cost of the apartment.

The hotel is situated in 45,000 metres square of tropical and subtropical gardens, waterfalls and palm trees on the beach front resort of Estepona. The hotel provides 133 rooms and 15 suites all with sea views, balcony or private terrace. There are three different restaurants offering Spanish, Mediterranean & Italian cuisine plus La Veranda bar – a perfect place for a sun downer before diner. On the each, there are beach games available and also a watersports centre. The hotel is located about three kilometers outside of Estepona Town centre. The health spa is luxurious and many treatments are available. The sauna, indoor heated pool and well equipped gymnasium are also available for use.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
