This beautiful four bed house is ideally located on the Golden Mile of Marbella just a few metres from the beach and close to the busy bars and restaurants. The house is well presented in a well kept street which leads directly down to the beach and the pool. As you enter the house from the street, the front garden is terraced with a table and chairs for four people. As you enter the house there is a large modern lounge with dining area and a beautiful galleried kitchen with a small seating area. There is also a single bedroom with an en-suite shower/wc. The lounge leads out onto a good sized private garden which has three quality sun beds plus a seating area for six together with a barbeque. Upstairs, there are three further en-suite bathrooms. Two doubles plus a twin. There is a further upper level which is closed off to guests. Parking is outside the house on the quiet road although a car is not really necessary with this property. The front garden provides an extra seating area for six people. Turning left, you find the communal tennis and padel courts which are free to use for guests. Turning right from the house you will reach the beautiful communal swimming pool with a second smaller children’s pool to the side. From here, you will also find the Golden Mile boardwalk next to the swimming pool. This leads directly onto the beaches. From here you also have access the many beach bars and restaurants that run all the way along the sea front. We highly recommend this house as an ideal property for those wishing to visit Marbella and the Costa del Sol.
Location
The villa is located just three minutes walk down to the beach in the ever popular urbanisation of Marbellamar. This end of the Golden Mile is a great place to be when taking a holiday on the Costa del Sol. There is a great walkway that stretches the length of the Golden Mile and it is lined with many lovely restaurants and bars stretching from Puerto Banus to Marbella Old town. Marbella Palacio de Congressos is near by where many events are held. There is a lovely marina where there are many bars which are perfect to stop for a drink in a vibrant area at sun down. The beaches of the Golden Mile are well kept and many comfortable beach bars provide plenty of sunbeds and comfortable areas to stop.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
