This large holiday villa is perfect for large groups wanting to be close to Puerto Banus to enjoy both the beaches and the nightlife. A car is not necessary as shops, restaurants, bars and even a supermarket can be reached on foot. We can easily organise airport transfers for you if you wish. The villa is set in private gardens, which has a private swimming pool and a covered pavilion. The pavilion is located next to the pool and provides a great place to hide away or for dinning alongside the pool. The lounge is light, airy and provides a relaxing atmosphere. There is full British TV including Sky and several international channels and movies on demand in the lounge area along with a high speed fibre optic connection. The kitchen has a small breakfast table but mostly our clients prefer eating out in one of the many restaurants. The villa has five bedrooms and four bathrooms and a guest WC. A twin bedroom is located on the ground floor and has an en-suite shower room with separate bath. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor, two bedrooms share a bathroom and the other bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. It is possible to fit another single bed in one of these bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom can be accessed via a spiral stairs and has a large en-suite bathroom with a large bathtub (not a Jacuzzi bath). All bedrooms have independent air conditioning units. This villa is really ideal for large groups - maybe for stag and hen parties. NOTE: From the street to the villa there is a steep flight of stairs, so it is not wheelchair accessible.

The villa is ideally located just a short eight minute walk from the centre of Puerto Banus just opposite the restaurant La Sala on the land side of the main motorway. The villa is an ideal location for those who enjoy their own space and privacy but also like to be able to walk to the bustling night life of Puerto Banus. It looks directly across a large field towards Puerto Banus shopping centre. The Nueva Andalucía bull ring is just ten minutes walk up the road and is host to a large famous market every Saturday providing both historic interest and a great shopping experience. There are a multitude of golf courses nearby and of course Puerto Banus marina with lovely sandy beaches on either side where all the gym bodies like to hang out. Marbella old town is a further 8KM away and can be reached easily by bus. Puerto Banus and the world famous Marbella are both packed with history and a multitude of bars, restaurants, shopping centres and beautiful beaches. The villa provides a good place to stay close to the hustle and bustle of the port. A great place to stay for those who do not want far to walk for the Marbella lifestyle. For younger or single-sex groups, a higher security deposit may be required.

Price Notes:
In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
