It offers four bedrooms, a bright and spacious living room with direct access to the outdoor south facing balcony with breathtaking sea views and dining area with three chairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed (160x190cm) and comes with an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and sink. The second bedroom has a double bed (140x190cm) and the third and fourth bedrooms equipped with single beds (90x190cm). The family bathroom also has a walk-in shower WC and sink. The lounge has a comfortable four seater sofa and a dining area for four guests plus a Smart TV with Spanish and international channels such as Sky along with a high-speed fibre optic Wifi connection. The bright kitchen is fully fitted and provides everything you may need for your stay and a dining table with four chairs. Please note that this apartment only has street parking next to the building. Public car parks are also available within a walking distance and spaces can be hired throughout the year. Walking distance from Estepona port and town centre. You are right on the amazing sandy La Rada beach with all it’s great festivals, restaurants and chiringuitos, no problem to get a cold cocktail or some real espetos (fish on a stick). The centre of Estepona is great for shopping and is only a ten minute walk. Every Sunday there is a market in the port of Estepona, only a 10 minute walk or on Wednesdays just above the port, with all fresh fruits and vegetables. No car necessary in this property and a must for beach and sun lovers looking for a great family holiday.

Price Notes:

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
